Placed order on 20/03, tracking showed dispatched on 23/03, although Royal Mail didn’t receive until 26/03, received 27/03 but was wrong item, I had to return the item before they dispatched the correct items. Sent 28/03 they received on 30/03 and surprise, surprise the items I ordered aren’t in stock so this wasn’t accidental, they are advertising items they don’t even have stock of. They still haven’t sent the replacement. Will never use again and would avoid, no doubt will be another week with all the bank holidays.
